Note: For enrolment from November 2018-July 2018 the Ministry of Education considers students at Odyssey Heights School for Girls enrolled as “homeschoolers” in a tutoring program. A simple one page form will be provided to parents to fill out and send to the TDBS. Students in grades 9 and up will work on accredited Ontario Secondary school credit online courses through the Ontario Independent Learning Centre (ILC), with the learning coaching and semi-private tutoring by Ms. Elizabeth. Students in grades 7 & 8 will be enrolled in online Ontario Elementary Curriculum courses via Virtual Elementary School. This will in no way affect students’ ability to receive their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (except with the extremely low student to teacher ratio, they will likely do much better than in a conventional school). The ILC will provide parents with report cards. Odyssey Heights will provide monthly progress reports on students enrichment and learning supports.
