Health & Wellness
Health and wellness is at the core of everything at Odyssey Heights. Students get outside every day for a variety of physical fitness and wellness activities. The week starts with at least 90 minutes of the morning doing Nordic Walking, ice skating, or rock climbing. Students participate in outdoor yoga, Nordic Walking, snowshoeing or ice skating the last hour of every Wednesday. Fridays students are almost always horseback riding, day hiking, or xc skiing. On Tuesdays and Thursdays there are outdoor mindfulness walks and occasionally outdoor yoga.
